To create innovative, community-base services, which enhance the quality of life for children, youths, and families.

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purpose within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The organization has among its purpose the provision of decent housing that is affordable to low-and moderate-income people.
